What is Guided Relaxation?
Guided relaxation is essentially "relaxation with the help of a guide". It’s one of the easiest ways to enter into a state of deep relaxation and calm. A potent way to eliminate stress and tension in the body to bring about deep restorative sleep.
How does Sound Asleep work?
You will be listening to an audio recording.
I will ask you to lie down comfortably in your bed. You then listen while I lead you through relaxing every part of your body using your awareness and your breath. As you gradually relax and become more and more still, stress fades away and your body will be in a calm and restful state ready for restorative sleep.
While you are in this deeply relaxed state of mind, your subconscious is open to positive suggestions, and I will use this time to take you on an inner journey that is designed to improve the quality of your sleep.
At the conclusion of your guided relaxation, I will leave you to fall into a deep sleep and to wake up refreshed and rejuvenated.
This guided relaxation is less than 13 minutes.
